Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AISeen (aiseen.app), an AI-powered SEO, GEO, and Security audit platform operated by Roman Kravets (ФОП Кравець Роман Васильович) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AISeen provides automated website analysis across the following modules:

• SEO Score (60+ checks)
• GEO Score — AI Search visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Meta AI and more)
• Security Headers (OWASP 2025)
• Pentest Defense analysis
• Cookie & Privacy / GDPR compliance
• Payment Security (PCI-DSS detection)
• Vibe Coding SEO checks
• Site Speed & HTML Validator
• Tech Stack Detection
• AI-powered fix recommendations (Claude API)

2. Plans & Pricing

Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your rate is locked until the end of your billing cycle.

3. Free Trial

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the plan's monthly rate.

4. Payment

• Payments are processed via WayForPay (for Ukrainian users) and may include additional payment gateways in the future.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• We do not store full payment card data — only the transaction status and masked card number.
• Failed payments may result in service downgrade to the Free plan.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial payment for new paid subscriptions, if you have not used more than 10 AI fixes during that period.

To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@aiseen.app
2. Subject: "Refund request — [your email]"
3. Include the email address used to register

We will process valid refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are not available for renewal charges or after the 7-day window.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Audit websites you do not own or have explicit permission to audit
• Use the Service to generate automated spam or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass rate limits of AISeen's API
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
• Use AI fixes to generate content that violates applicable law or third-party rights

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

AISeen, its UI, brand, and AI-generated audit frameworks are the intellectual property of Roman Kravets. You retain ownership of your website data. AI-generated fix recommendations are provided for your use and are not subject to copyright claims by AISeen.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audit results are complete, error-free, or that implementing AI fixes will improve search rankings. SEO and AI search results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISeen's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance. The current version is always at aiseen.app/uk/terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Please contact us before initiating any formal proceedings.
